- 2 lb. ground meat (lean)
- 1 large onion, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tsp. chili powder or 1 pkg. taco mix
- 2 peppers, chopped
- 1 large can chili
Directions

1Brown meat, salt, pepper, chili powder and onions.

2Pour off liquid.

3Spoon into flour tortillas and roll up.

4Layer in large pan side by side.

5Pour large can of chili over top of enchiladas. Bake 15 minutes at 350°.

6Take out and cover with cheese.

7Return to oven and bake until cheese melts.
