Ingredients

  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 1 1/4 lb. hamburger
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 2/3 c. water
  • 1 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 1/4 tsp. cumin
  • 1 (4 oz.) can diced green chiles
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped

Directions

    Cook and stir hamburger in skillet.

    Remove from heat; drain. Stir in onion, sour cream, cheese, salt and pepper.

    Cover and reserve.

    Heat remaining ingredients to boiling.

    Stir occasionally.

    Reduce heat; simmer uncovered 5 minutes.

    Pour into pie pan.

    Dip each tortilla into sauce.

    Coat both sides.

    Spoon about 1/4 cup hamburger mix into each tortilla and roll up. Arrange in 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Pour remaining sauce over tortillas and bake uncovered in 350° oven until bubbly, about 20 minutes. Garnish with cheese, sour cream, onions and lime wedges.
