- 1 doz. corn tortillas
- 1 large can Las Palmas sauce
- 1 1/4 lb. hamburger
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 lb. Longhorn cheese
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 can olives
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
Directions

1Fry together meat, onion, cumin, oregano, salt and pepper; drain grease.

2Grate cheese.

3Brown flour in oil and add 1/2 teaspoon of cumin and oregano.

4Add to meat mixture.

5Fry tortillas; dip in Las Palmas sauce.

6Fill with meat filling; add 1 olive and some cheese.

7Roll up and put in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Pour Las Palmas over top.

8Add any leftover olives and sprinkle with rest of cheese.

9Bake at 350° until hot and cheese is melted.
