- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. jumbo shells
- 2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 2 c. Ricotta cheese
- 1 1/2 to 2 c. grated Parmesan
- 2 eggs
- salt and pepper
- ground nutmeg
- 3 c. marinara sauce
- 1 c. grated Mozzarella
Directions

1Cook shells; rinse and set aside.

2Squeeze spinach (cooked). Combine with Ricotta, Parmesan, eggs, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Stuff shells with mixture.

3Place 1/2 of sauce in pan; put shells, open side up, in a row.

4Spoon remaining sauce over shells.

5Cover and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

6Sprinkle with Mozzarella and broil for 5 minutes.
