- 1 large can enchilada sauce
- 1 lb. hamburger
- Cheddar cheese
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 doz. tortillas
- 1 onion
- 2 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. flour
Directions

1Mix enchilada sauce, tomato sauce, water and flour.

2Simmer. Brown hamburger.

3Grate cheese, cut onion.

4Add onion, cheese and about half of the sauce to meat mixture.

5Mix together.

6Heat tortillas.

7Roll up and put into baking dish.

8Pour remaining sauce over enchiladas.

9Sprinkle with remaining cheese and onions.

10Bake about 20 minutes at 350°.
