- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 chopped onion
- salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste
- 1 can chopped green chilies
- 1 pkg. flour tortillas
- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Brown onions and beef together; season to taste.

2Pour off grease.

3Add green chilies and a little of the grated cheese. Pour thin layer of enchilada sauce on bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan. Roll meat in tortillas, 2 or 3 tablespoons to each one.

4Place in pan.

5Pour remaining sauce over top of tortillas and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in a 350° oven until bubbly and cheese has melted.
