- 12 corn tortillas
- 1 lb. hamburger, browned and drained
- 1 can chili
- 1/4 c. catsup
- 2 c. shredded cheese
- 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Brown and drain hamburger; add chili and heat thoroughly.

2Add catsup.

3On each tortilla, place about 3 tablespoons meat mixture and 2 tablespoons cheese.

4Roll up and place in casserole dish. Add water to remaining meat mixture and pour over enchiladas.

5Top with remaining cheese.

6Bake at 350° for about 30 to 45 minutes until hot.

7Serves 4 to 6.
