- 1 onion
- 1 1/2 lb. meat
- salt and pepper
- 1 can chili (without beans)
- 1/3 can water
- tortilla shells
- 2 cans mild enchilada sauce
- 1 can tomato sauce
- grated cheese
Directions

1Cook the meat and onion until done. Salt and pepper. Add the chili. Add the water.

2Simmer for a few minutes. Take the tortilla shells and dip in hot grease and take right out.

3Take the enchilada sauce and tomato sauce and mix in a bowl together.

4Dip tortillas in sauce and fill with meat mixture.

5Put in grated cheese and roll up individually in pan.

6Hold together with toothpick.

7Pour remainder of enchilada sauce and meat mixture over top after they are in the pan. Garnish with grated cheese on top. Bake at 350° until cheese melts and sauce bubbles.

8Add lettuce on top.
