- 12 corn tortillas
- 1 lb. ground chuck
- 1/2 lb. American cheese
- 2 cans enchilada sauce (mild or hot)
- 1 large onion
Directions

1Brown ground chuck in frying pan.

2Add salt and pepper to taste.

3Soften tortillas in frying pan with small amount of oil. Grate cheese; dice onion and take softened tortillas and add chuck, cheese and onion.

4Roll into a cylinder.

5Place in baking pan.

6Surplus cheese and onion, place on top of tortillas.

7Pour contents of sauce on top.

8Bake at 325° for 30 minutes.

9Serves 4.
