  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 can fire roasted dice green chili's
  • 1/3 green onions chopped fine
  • 3 clove garlic
  • 1 tsp salt & pepper
  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1 packages flour tortilla shells
  • 3/4 cup mild cheddar cheese
  • 1 medium can of enchilada sauce

    preheat oven to 350'

    in a large skillet combine meat, green onions, fire roasted chili's, garlic, salt and pepper together and cook until meat is brown.drain juice from chili's before you add to ground turkey.

    Get a large baking dish and pour just a little sauce in the bottom.

    Put mixture into flour shell and roll together as tight as you can.

    Pour the remaining sauce over enchiladas and sprinkle cheese evenly throughout.
