- 2 pkg. small flour tortillas
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 lb. Jack cheese, grated
- 2 medium cans enchilada sauce
Directions

1Brown onion and ground beef.

2Add 1/2 cup sauce to mixture and 1/2 cup cheese.

3Heat sauce; dip tortillas in sauce.

4Fill each tortilla with 2 tablespoons of meat mixture; roll and place in pan, seam side down.

5Cover enchiladas with sauce and grated cheese.

6Heat for 20 minutes in 350° oven.
