  • 1 lb. ground beef or 4 chicken breasts, boned and chopped
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup or cream of chicken soup
  • 2 (10 oz.) cans mild enchilada sauce
  • 1/3 c. milk
  • 1 small can green chilies, chopped
  • 8 to 10 flour tortillas
  • 2 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. chopped ripe olives
