- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/2 can green chiles and pepper
- 8 corn tortillas
- 2 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
Directions

1Brown and drain meat.

2Combine soup, enchilada sauce, milk and green chiles.

3Heat until bubbly.

4Dip tortillas in oil.

5Do not fry.

6Roll up meat, onion and some cheese in tortillas.

7Put ends down.

8Put in skillet.

9Pour sauce over tortillas.

10Sprinkle remaining cheese.

11Cook for 10 minutes.

12You may put this in a casserole dish, also.

13Bake until cheese is melted at 350°.
