  • 1 (16 oz.) can enchilada sauce
  • 1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 pkg. (12) tortillas
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 (4 1/2 oz.) can black olives, sliced

Directions

    Place enchilada sauce, tomato sauce and small amount of water in saucepan to heat.

    In skillet, brown ground beef and onion. Add black olives, salt and pepper to taste.

    Soften tortillas in small amount of hot oil in another skillet.
  4. 4
    Place a spoonful of ground beef mixture in each tortilla.

    Add a spoonful of cheese. Roll up and place in baking dish.

    Pour enchilada sauce over all. Bake in a 350° oven for 30 minutes.
