  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. tortillas
  • 1 (15 oz.) can chili (no beans), warmed
  • 1 (10 oz.) can enchilada sauce, warmed
  • chopped onion
  • chopped bell pepper
  • grated cheese
  • chopped lettuce
  • chopped tomatoes

Directions

    Fry each tortilla in hot oil for 3 seconds.

    Drain.

    On individual plates, top each tortilla with chili and cheese.

    Repeat in layers several times.
