  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 lb. light Velveeta Cheese, diced
  • 1 doz. tortillas (corn)
  • 4 c. tomato juice
  • 3 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. seasoned salt

Directions

    Cook meat in skillet with spices until brown (done); get tomato juice hot.

    Dip tortillas in hot tomato juice.

    Put hot tortilla in pan you are going to cook them in; place 1 tablespoon meat and 1/2 diced cheese on tortilla and roll up.

    Continue until you have all 12 tortillas rolled up side by side.

    Pour remaining tomato juice on top and bake until cheese is melted.

    Cook in 9 x 13-inch pan. Serve with chopped onion.
