- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 lb. light Velveeta Cheese, diced
- 1 doz. tortillas (corn)
- 4 c. tomato juice
- 3 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
Directions

1Cook meat in skillet with spices until brown (done); get tomato juice hot.

2Dip tortillas in hot tomato juice.

3Put hot tortilla in pan you are going to cook them in; place 1 tablespoon meat and 1/2 diced cheese on tortilla and roll up.

4Continue until you have all 12 tortillas rolled up side by side.

5Pour remaining tomato juice on top and bake until cheese is melted.

6Cook in 9 x 13-inch pan. Serve with chopped onion.
