- 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
- 1 (16 oz.) can tomato paste
- 1 (1 1/4 oz.) pkg. chili mix
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 12 tortillas
Directions

1Brown meat.

2Stir in remaining ingredients, except cheese and tortillas.

3Simmer 10 minutes.

4Place meat and cheese in tortillas and roll tight.

5Place in baking dish.

6Cover with remaining sauce.

7Cover tightly with foil.

8Bake at 375° for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese.
