Endive Salad with Nuts

Ingredients
- 14 cup toasted nuts (walnuts, pecans, almonds or hazelnuts)
- 8 heads Belgian endive
- 14 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 clove crushed garlic
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon black pepper
Directions

1Toast nuts.

2Wash and seperate endive into leaves- dry with towel.

3Whisk oil, vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper together.

4Arrange endive on plate (I put mine in a circular design), drizzle with oil mixture.

5Scatter toasted nuts over top.

6Serve immediately.
