  • 2 cups Pitted Dates
  • 1- 1/2 cup Peanut Butter
  • 1/4 cups Tahini (or Sub For More Peanut Butter)
  • 3 cups Quick Cooking Oats
  • 1/4 cups To 1/2 Cup Sunflower Seeds (shelled)
  • Water (optional)

Directions

    1) Place dates, peanut butter and tahini in a food processor (processing until smooth).

    If needed, add a little bit of water to help process.

    2) In a bowl, mix date mixture with oats and sunflower seeds.

    3) Roll into individual balls.

    Place in the fridge until set (roughly 30 minutes).
