- 1- 1/2 cup Peanut Butter
- 1/4 cups Tahini (or Sub For More Peanut Butter)
- 3 cups Quick Cooking Oats
- 1/4 cups To 1/2 Cup Sunflower Seeds (shelled)
- Water (optional)
Directions

11) Place dates, peanut butter and tahini in a food processor (processing until smooth).

2If needed, add a little bit of water to help process.

32) In a bowl, mix date mixture with oats and sunflower seeds.
