- nonstick cooking spray
- 1 23 cups low-fat granola, without raisins
- 1 cup chopped pitted dates
- 1 cup flaked coconut
- 34 cup chopped walnuts, toasted
- 23 cup packed brown sugar
- 12 cup flour
- 13 cup toasted wheat germ
- 13 cup raisins
- 13 cup honey
- 13 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 18 teaspoon salt
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350.

2Line 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan with foil.

3Lightly coat foil with cooking spray; set aside.

4In large bowl, combine granola, dates, coconut, walnuts, brown sugar, flour, wheat germ, and raisins.

5In small bowl, combine honey, butter, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt.

6Add to cereal mixture; stir until completely moistened.

7Press mixture into prepared pan.

8Bake for 25 minutes.

9Cool in pan on wire rack.

10Using foil, lift cookies from pan.

11Cut into bars.
