- 2 sticks butter
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 well beaten eggs
- 1/4 c. warm milk
- 1 c. raisins
- 1 c. pecans
- 2 tsp. lemon extract
Directions

1Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, butter and salt.

2Add the well beaten eggs and milk.

3Mix with a wooden spoon.

4Add raisins and pecans.

5Add lemon extract last and mix well.

6Grease and flour a loaf pan.

7Add batter mixture and bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
