- 3 cups sifted all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup butter
- 3 cups white sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon orange extract
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
- 6 eggs
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2Grease and flour a 10 inch tube pan.

3Sift together the flour, baking soda and salt.

4Set aside.

5In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

6Blend in the sour cream, vanilla, orange and almond extracts.

7Add eggs one at a time, alternating with flour mixture, beating well after each addition.

8Pour batter into prepared 10 inch tube pan.

9Bake in the preheated oven for 70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
