- 1 c. butter
- 1 1/3 c. sugar
- 2 sq. melted baking chocolate, cooled
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs (equivalent of in egg substitute)
- 2 more eggs (substitute)
- 1/4 c. dry milk
- 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 c. butter, softened
- 1/4 c. powdered sugar
Directions

1Mix cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup butter and powdered sugar.

2Spread 2/3 of mixture on bottom of 9 x 12-inch pan.

3Cream 1 cup butter with 1 1/3 cups sugar for 5 minutes, until light and fluffy. Combine chocolate, vanilla and 2 eggs or egg substitute.

4Beat for 3 minutes; add to creamed butter and sugar.

5Add 2 more eggs (or substitute) and dry milk.

6Place in crumb lined pan; sprinkle remaining 1/3 of crumb mixture on top.

7Chill 24 hours.
