  • 1 can whole kernel corn and liquid
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 stick melted oleo
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix

Directions

    Beat eggs slightly in a large bowl and then add all other ingredients.

    Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan, covered, at 325° to 350° for 1 hour.
