  • 1 c. whole kernel corn with liquid
  • 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. creamed corn
  • 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 stick butter, melted

    Beat eggs and add other ingredients together; mix well.

    Pour into greased casserole dish.

    Bake 1 hour in 350° oven, covered. Then remove cover and bake until brown (about 10 to 15 minutes).
