- 3/4 c. bottled barbecue sauce
- 1/3 c. honey
- 1/3 c. apple jelly
- 1/4 c. catsup
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/4 c. finely chopped celery
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 tsp. sweet pickle relish
- 1 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 3 1/2 lb. pork loin back ribs, cut into 2 to 3 rib portions
Directions

1In a medium saucepan combine barbecue sauce, honey, jelly, catsup, 1/4 cup water, celery, brown sugar, relish, mustard and cinnamon.

2Cook and stir over medium heat until bubbly.

3Reduce heat.

4Simmer, uncovered, about 15 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from heat.
