- 2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 2 c. sour cream
- 2 c. corn flakes, crushed
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
Directions

1Combine potatoes with 1/2 cup melted butter, salt, pepper, soup, cheese, onion and sour cream.

2Pour mixture into a 3-quart or large flat casserole. Mix together corn flakes and 1/4 cup melted butter. Pour over potato mixture.

3Bake 45 minutes in a 350° oven.

4Serves 10 to 12.
