- 2 lb. pkg. frozen hash browns
- 2 cubes oleo
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 c. cheese, grated
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 carton sour cream
- 2 c. crushed Post Toasties
Directions

1Spread frozen hash browns in large baking dish.

2Salt and pepper to taste.

3Melt 1 cube oleo.

4Add cream of chicken, cheese, onion and sour cream.

5Mix well and spread over potatoes.

6Melt 1 cube oleo and Post Toasties and spread this over the top of the potato mixture.

7Bake for 1 hour at 350°.
