  • 2 1/4 cups strawberries plus more for garnish
  • 1 5/16 cups condensed milk
  • 2 9/16 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cookies meringue, crushed

Directions

    Blend the strawberries with 2 teaspoons condensed milk until a fine puree has formed. Set aside.

    In a large bowl, pour the rest of the condensed milk, the heavy whipping cream, and the vanilla extract. Beat until thickened. Fold in half the crushed strawberries.

    Pour into an ice cream machine and, once done, pour out into a flat-bottomed container.

    Pour the other half of the crushed strawberries on top and run a spoon over it to create a marble effect.

    Freeze a few hours.

    Serve with crushed meringue cookies and whole strawberries on top.
