  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. Yellow Label syrup
  • dash of salt
  • 1 Tbsp. butter, melter
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla flavoring
  • 1 or 1-1/2 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Mix together eggs and sugar.
  2. 2
    Then add syrup and salt.
  3. 3
    Add butter and vanilla flavoring.
  4. 4
    Add chopped pecans to mixture and stir.
  5. 5
    Pour into Pet Ritz regular (not deep dish) pie shell and bake at 350° in a preheated oven for approximately 40-45 Minutes. Pie is done when it is slightly firm in the middle.
