- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 2 pkg. active dry yeast
- 1/2 c. warm water (105~ to 115~)
- 2 beaten eggs
- 4 c. flour
Directions

1Heat sour cream over very low heat in a nonstick saucepan. Stir in sugar, salt and butter.

2Sit aside and cool until lukewarm.

3In large bowl, sprinkle yeast over warm water, stirring until completely dissolved.

4Add sour cream mixture, eggs and flour.

5Mix well until a mound forms in the bottom of the bowl. Cover tightly and refrigerate overnight.

6The next day, go on to steps 2 and 3.
