- 1 34 cups flour
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 13 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons grated lemon zest
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 12 cup milk
- 1 13 cups butter, melted
- 14 cup sour cream
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons chopped walnuts
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 2 teaspoons grated lemon zest
Directions

1For the muffins ~ mix the flour, walnuts, sugar, baking powder, lemon zest and salt in a large bowl.

2Beat the egg with a fork in a small bowl; then add milk butter and sour cream to egg.

3Add egg mixture to flour mixture and stir until just blended.

4Fill greased muffin cups 2/3 full and sprinkle with streusel topping.

5Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

6Streusel topping: Combine the flour, sugar, walnuts, butter, lemon zest in a bowl and mix well.
