- 2 1/2 c. unsifted flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 (28 oz.) jar None Such ready-to-use mince meat
- 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
- 2 c. (1 lb.) mixed candied fruit
- 1 c. coarsely chopped nuts
Directions

1Preheat oven to 300°.

2Grease and flour 10-inch Bundt pan. Combine flour and baking soda in large bowl; combine remaining ingredients.

3Blend in dry ingredients.

4Pour batter into prepared pan.

5Bake 1 hour and 45 to 50 minutes, or until wooden pick comes out clean.

6Cool 15 minutes.

7Turn out of pan.

8Garnish as desired.
