- 1 c. margarine or butter
- 1 c. white sugar
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. corn oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. Rice Krispies
- 1 c. quick oatmeal
- 1 c. coconut
- 1/2 c. nuts
- 1 tsp. cream of tartar
Directions

1Cream together shortening, sugars and oil.

2Add eggs and vanilla.

3Beat well so oil doesn't separate.

4Add flour mixed with cream of tartar, soda and salt.

5Stir in cereals, oatmeal, coconut and nuts.

6Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.

7Flatten slightly.

8Bake at 350° for 10 minutes or until cookies are slightly browned.
