  • 1 chicken breasts
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1/2 cup couscous
  • 1/2 carrot
  • 1/2 parsnip
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 salt and pepper
  • 1 grated garlic
  • 1/2 head broccoli

Directions

    Marinate chicken during the night with olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, grated garlic, ginger, salt and pepper

    Cook onion until tender and add grated carrot and parsnip

    Boil water and add salt and broccoli

    Add chicken breast to carrot, parsnip and onion and cook

    Boil water and add to half cup of couscous

    Serve and enjoy
