- 1 medium onion
- 1/2 cup couscous
- 1/2 carrot
- 1/2 parsnip
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 salt and pepper
- 1 grated garlic
- 1/2 head broccoli
Directions

1Marinate chicken during the night with olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, grated garlic, ginger, salt and pepper

2Cook onion until tender and add grated carrot and parsnip

3Boil water and add salt and broccoli

4Add chicken breast to carrot, parsnip and onion and cook

5Boil water and add to half cup of couscous

6Serve and enjoy
