  • 1 cup Frozen Peas thawed
  • 1 cup Cilantro
  • 1 cup parsley
  • 1 cup Arugula
  • 1 cup grated parmesan
  • 1/2 cup Sunflower seeds
  • 2 tablespoons ponzu sauce
  • 1/2 cup Olive oil
  • salt
  • Pepper
