  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 2 2/3 c. mincemeat
  • 1 c. Eagle Brand milk
  • 2 c. mixed candied fruit
  • 1 c. chopped walnuts

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Grease and flour a 10-inch Bundt pan. Sift flour and baking soda.

    Set aside.

    Mix eggs, mincemeat, milk, fruit and nuts.

    Add dry ingredients.

    Bake 50 minutes or 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
