  • 1 pkg (250 g) MacLaren's Imperial Sharp Cold Pack Cheddar Cheese Product
  • 1 pkg (250 g) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 Tbsp. port wine
  • paprika
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 bay leaf

    COMBINE in a medium bowl both cheeses and wine.

    Wrap the cheese mixture in a sheet of plastic wrap and shape into a ball.

    CHILL about 1 hour or until ball is slightly set.

    Form wrapped cheese ball into the shape of a pear.

    UNWRAP; sprinkle with paprika.

    Use a small piece of cinnamon stick and the bay leaf to form the stem and leaf of the pear.

    Chill.

    SERVE cheese pear on a cheese tray with assorted crackers and vegetables.
