- 1 pkg (250 g) MacLaren's Imperial Sharp Cold Pack Cheddar Cheese Product
- 1 pkg (250 g) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 Tbsp. port wine
- paprika
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 bay leaf
Directions

1COMBINE in a medium bowl both cheeses and wine.

2Wrap the cheese mixture in a sheet of plastic wrap and shape into a ball.

3CHILL about 1 hour or until ball is slightly set.

4Form wrapped cheese ball into the shape of a pear.

5UNWRAP; sprinkle with paprika.

6Use a small piece of cinnamon stick and the bay leaf to form the stem and leaf of the pear.

7Chill.

8SERVE cheese pear on a cheese tray with assorted crackers and vegetables.
