  • 2 1/4 c. chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 1/2 c. granulated sugar
  • 1/2 c. (1 stick) butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. light cream cheese
  • 12 oz. light whipped topping
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 2 small pkg. apricot gelatin
  • 1 (15 oz.) can apricot halves, pitted

Directions

    Mix 2 cups cookie crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and margarine; press into a 13 x 9-inch pan.
