  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 1 c. water
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/2 c. buttermilk

Directions

    Mix flour and sugar in bowl. In a saucepan, mix the cocoa, margarine and water. Bring this mixture to a boil. Then add flour and sugar mixture to cocoa mix. Then add eggs, soda, vanilla extract and buttermilk. Pour into pan and bake at 400° for 20 minutes.
