  • 1 cup corn
  • 2 jalapenos, chopped (if you would like it less spicy cut out the ribs and seeds)
  • 1 tbsp brown mustard
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 fresh cracked pepper

    Preheat oven to 350.

    Mix everything in a medium mixing bowl.

    Spray 8x8 dish with cooking spray.

    Add Mac and cheese.

    Cook for half an hour.

    Until bubbly.
