Famous Salad

Directions

   Add hot water to reserved pineapple juice to make 1 cup.

   Pour into Jell-O powder to mix.

   Add 1 cup cold water and mix thoroughly.

   When Jell-O is partially hardened, beat until light. Add cream cheese, pimientos (cut fine), chopped nuts and celery (cut fine).

   Add drained pineapple.

   Fold in whipped cream.

   Mold and let set.
