- 4 c. baby carrots or carrots, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 3/4 c. scallions or green onions, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1In medium saucepan, cook carrots in boiling water until tender (7 to 9 minutes).

2Add scallions; cook 2 minutes.

3Drain well. Stir in margarine, honey and salt; heat thoroughly.

4Makes 8 (1/2 cup) servings.
