  • 1 pt. rye or bourbon whiskey
  • 1 qt. heavy cream
  • 10 egg whites, stiffly beaten
  • ground nutmeg

    Add whiskey slowly, stirring constantly.

    Continue stirring and add cream, then stiffly beaten egg whites.
