- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 small onion, chopped
- tartar sauce
- 1/2 c. French dressing
- 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 1 lemon
Directions

1Heat margarine and oil in a large skillet over moderate heat. Dip fish in French dressing and place in skillet.

2Sprinkle onion over fish.

3Cook 3 to 4 minutes, turn and repeat.
