- 3 whole chicken breasts, split, skinned and boneless
- 6 slices Swiss cheese (1 oz. each)
- 1/4 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. dry white wine
- 2 c. herb stuffing mix
- 1 stick butter or margarine, melted
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Place chicken in a lightly greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

3Top each piece with a slice of Swiss cheese. Arrange the sliced mushrooms over the cheese.

4Mix the soup and the wine; pour over the chicken.

5Sprinkle the stuffing mix over the top; drizzle on the melted butter.

6Bake for 45 to 50 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
