  • 1 large jar Ragu
  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 lb. grated Mozzarella cheese
  • grated Parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. basil
  • 1 onion

Directions

    Cook lasagna as directed on box. Brown beef with onion and salt and pepper. Add Ragu. Drain lasagna and layer in a 9 x 13-inch casserole or small one serving bowls that can be frozen for later. First a layer of lasagna, sauce and cheeses. Repeat layers. Bake in 350° oven for 20 or 30 minutes until cheese is melted.
