  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/3 c. salsa (mild, medium or hot)
  • 1/8 tsp. white pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp. celery salt

Directions

    Place chicken in a glass 9-inch baking dish.

    Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.

    Refrigerate 8 to 24 hours. Preheat oven to 350° and bake 1 hour.
