- 13 cup butter
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 14 cups flaked coconut, divided
- 23 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 12 cup chopped macadamia nuts
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon shortening
Directions

1Place the butter in an 8-in square glass pan.

2Cover and microwave on high until melted, about 1 minute.

3Stir in graham cracker crumbs and sugar.

4Press firmly onto the bottom of the dish.

5Cover and microwave on high 1-1/2 minutes.

6Cool 5 minutes.

7In a bowl, combine 1 cup coconut, sweetened condensed milk and nuts.

8Spoon over the crust.

9Microwave uncovered on high for 1 minute.

10Rotate dish a half turn and microwave 1 minute more until heated through.

11In a small microwave safe bowl, combine chips and shortening.

12Microwave uncovered about 1 minute, check to see if the chocolate is melting smoothly, you may need to melt an additional 30-45 seconds.

13Quickly pour over the coconut mixture Spread evenly.

14Toast remaining coconut if desired sprinkle over the top.
