  • 12 or more lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
  • 3 cans Hunt's spaghetti light sauce
  • Weight Watcher's Parmesan cheese
  • 16 oz. Healthy Choice Fat-Free Mozzarella cheese
  • 16 oz. Healthy Choice Fat-Free Cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 lb. ground round
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped

Directions

    Brown and drain meat, onion and pepper.

    Mix in sauce.

    Put a layer of sauce into two 9 x 13-inch pans; followed with a layer of noodles, Mozzarella and Cheddar.

    Sprinkle with some Parmesan and repeat, starting with sauce, until all ingredients are used.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
